You need a valid Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

Zupum analyses a raw video you upload and returns an editable plan with captions, B-roll, music and audio clean-up. Rendering and export run in your browser. AI output is automated and may contain mistakes, so review every edit before publishing.

• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to edit or publish.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive or infringing material, or content that impersonates another person.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, scrape or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

You keep all rights to the footage you upload and the finished videos you export. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the service. We claim no ownership over your output.

The Zupum name, logo, website, software, style presets and music library are owned by us or our licensors. Bundled music and generated assets may be used inside videos you create with Zupum, but not redistributed on their own.

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Indian Rupees and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change and scheduled or emergency maintenance may interrupt access. Export quality also depends on your device and browser.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost revenue or lost content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
