Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to pay for Zupum only if it saves you time. This policy explains when a subscription can be refunded and how cancellations work.

Try before you pay

Every account starts on the free tier so you can upload a clip and export a finished video before spending anything. We recommend testing your workflow on the free plan first.

7-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, email us within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full. This applies once per customer, to the first paid billing cycle of a monthly or yearly plan.

Renewals

Renewal charges (the second and later cycles) are non-refundable, because you can cancel any time before renewal. As a courtesy, if a yearly renewal is cancelled within 7 days and no exports were made in that period, we will review a pro-rata refund.

Service failures

If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it for you, we will refund the affected period in full regardless of the window above.

What is not refundable

  • Accounts suspended for breach of our terms and conditions.
  • Dissatisfaction with automated AI creative choices that you can edit in the studio.
  • Export problems caused by an unsupported browser, device or corrupted source file, where we have offered a working alternative.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account settings or email billing@zupum.com. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

Email billing@zupum.com from your registered address with your account email and the date of the charge. We respond within 3 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5-10 business days to show the credit.
